Pipelook creators ("Pipelook", "COMPANY," "WE," "US") provides this web site and all site-related services, including the content and code related thereto (collectively, the "site"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this terms of use agreement ("agreement") carefully before using this site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site. This Agreement is made between the Company and you, the Site visitor and/or registered user ("you"). Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement

Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site, restricting the hours of availability or limiting the amount of use permitted; Change any fees or charges for use of the Site, including instituting new or increased fees or charges for the use of the Site or any other Site-related services or any feature thereof. Your use of Pipelook is at your own risk. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site.

Intellectual Property

We own Pipelook and our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, resell, mirror, or create derivative works of Pipelook, our Services, or our content on Pipelook without our written permission. You shall grant to us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to incorporate into Pipelook or otherwise use any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback that we receive from you or your agents.

Pipelook is not associated with Pipedrive or Outlook. Our uses of those terms are for pedagogical purposes only so that the customer can understand what our services are. Pipedrive and Outlook are registered brands whose intelectual property belongs to their respective shareholders.

Warranty Information; Disclaimer

This site, including any content or information contained within it or any site related service, or any product or service licensed, purchased or otherwise made available through the site, is provided "as is" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Pipelook and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement neither its subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers nor agents makes any representation as to the results to be obtained from use of the site or the site-related services. Pipelook and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents will attempt to provide the best quality of service when possible, including concerns like availability, reliability and security, but do not warrant that your use of the site or the software will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the site, and all charges related thereto. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the site and the software and your reliance thereon. No opinion, advice, or statement of Pipelook or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents, registered users, or visitors, whether made on the site, or otherwise, shall create any warranty. Your use of the site and any materials provided through the site are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors. In case of insufficient amount of data or information in your Pipedrive our Outlook accounts, Pipelook will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the services provided. In the event that such a situation arises, please contact us at support@pipelook.app with, if possible, a description of the material to be checked and the location (URL) where such material can be found on the Site, as well as information sufficient to enable us to contact you. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable.

Neither Pipelook nor its subsidiaries, creators, owners, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the site and/or content contained on the site, or any product or service purchased through the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site and/or content contained within the site is to stop using the site. We are not responsible for any inappropriate use of the Pipelook Services which may result in damage, cause harm or violate any terms of use of any parties involved.

Service Functionality

You agree that service will be accessing and processing the data from your system (CRM). Processing data includes:

• Fetching data from the system
• Filtering and aggregation of data
• Inserting and updating records into the system

You also agree that the service will store the error and activity logs of your interactions with the service for debugging purposes.

Passwords and Accounts

You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Pipedrive password and agree not to distribute, transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. If more than one individual wishes to use a single password belonging to a registered user, such registered user must request permission from the Company in writing, it being understood that the Company shall be under no obligation to approve any such request. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account(s). We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of Pipelook.

Force Majeure

You agree that we are not liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and all documents incorporated into these Terms by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of Pipelook, superseding any prior agreements between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Amendments and Changes to Pipelook

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms, at any time. Amendments or changes to these Terms won’t be effective until we post revised Terms on the Website. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance Pipelook shall be subject to the Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Pipelook following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice to you: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to Pipelook, or any portion of Pipelook for any reason; (2) to modify or change Pipelook, or any portion of Pipelook, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of Pipelook, or any portion of Pipelook, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
